2. What data we process
Through the contact form we collect the data you provide voluntarily: your full name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We do not collect special categories of data.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Handling your enquiry and replying — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and conducting correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Establishing, pursuing or defending claims, where applicable — based on the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to entities that support us technically, solely to the extent necessary to run the website and handle contact:
- the contact-form provider (Web3Forms),
- the website hosting provider (Cloudflare),
- the email and domain provider (home.pl).
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where this happens, it is based on appropriate safeguards (including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).
5. Retention period
We keep correspondence data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and then until any potential claims become time-barred. Where the basis was consent — until that consent is withdrawn.
6. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, data portability, and object; and — for data processed on the basis of consent — to withdraw that consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
7. Providing data is voluntary
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary for us to respond to your enquiry.
8. Cookies and analytics
The site is static and uses no marketing cookies or analytics tools that track users. Web fonts are loaded to render the typography; if contact with third-party providers needs to be limited, the fonts can be served from our own server.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy in response to technical or legal changes. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
